Get cash from your MAGIC prepaid card at any OneWest Bank ATM (Southern California only) and pay NO FEE. Your first 2 out-of-network monthly ATM withdrawals from your MAGIC prepaid card are also FREE. All out-of-network withdrawals afterwards result in a $2.50 plus any fee the ATM owner may charge.

On Your Phone
Use our FREE automated phone system to get your MAGIC Prepaid MasterCard account balance, recent transactions or to change your PIN. Live customer service is also available Monday through Friday 7AM – 6PM (PST) and Saturday 8AM – 2PM (PST) (closed Sundays). The first live customer service call each month is free and $2.00 for each call after that.
