Text Alerts for your MAGIC Prepaid MasterCard

  • Log in to your online account.
  • Click on the alerts tab.
  • Enter your mobile number and a nickname for your account.
  • You will receive a welcome email within a few minutes.
  • Get your balance by texting “BAL” to 42265.

Sign up for other text alerts to manage your money

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the “alerts” link on the left side.
  • Enter in your mobile number and your card nickname.
  • Select the alerts you would like to receive on your mobile device, including money added, money removed, low balance and signature transactions (“credit purchases”).

Email Alerts for your MAGIC Prepaid MasterCard

  • Sign up for email alerts to manage your money.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the “alerts” link on the left side.
  • Enter in your email address (enter up to 2 email addresses).
  • Select the alerts you would like to send to your email address, including money added, money removed, low balance and signature transactions (“credit purchases”).
  • Low balance, zero or negative balance and fraud alerts are also available.
